We only charge a 7% service fee on the success of a booking.
The service fee helps us run every aspect of the platform, this includes: facilitating secured transactions and online legals, developing our products and services, securing exclusive spaces, and providing a dedicated concierge service. A portion of every fee also goes towards the Ideas Fund.
The 7% (+ VAT) service fee is charged on every booking, with a minimum fee of £50 or £25 for markets.
The entire fee, including taxes where applicable, is charged upfront in the first payment and is non-refundable.
