For bookings up to £2,000 in the UK, €1,500 in France and $1,000 in the US, Brands can request a tenancy at your space online without completing a viewing. Payment of rent and their signature of the Tenancy Agreement completes a request, and you then have up to 48 hrs to accept the booking request. Your countersignature of the Tenancy Agreement confirms the booking, and funds are automatically instructed for release to your account.
