Whilst you’re in your new space, it’s time for us to take a step back and leave your landlord in charge. For any cosmetic issues with your space, like changing a lightbulb or flaky paint, roll up your sleeves — this is DIY territory. For structural issues, like the roof falling in or finding your shop swimming in three inches of water, that’s when your landlord steps in.
The landlord or their representative are best placed to help during your tenancy and especially in case of emergency: you should always keep their contact details at hand.
We strive to partner with the best landlords, but there are always a few who stick to their old ways. If you feel your landlord is not up to scratch or they’re giving you the silent treatment, contact your concierge and we’ll do our best to give them a nudge. If necessary, our Service Team will step in and assist.
