We encorage brands and landlords to exchange after the viewing to finalise details, answer questions and ensure they are both satisfied with the agreement they're about to enter into. Brands may however approach you to try and negotiate the rate and we recommend landlords re-direct them to their Concierge. You can then let us know if you want to keep the original rate or offer a reduced rate.
