In line with your tenancy agreement, your security deposit will be refunded within 30 days of your check-out date. It is subject to deduction(s) from the landlord of any cost incurred to reinstate the space to its initial condition. If the landlord confirms that you have returned the space in the same condition as when you checked in - this should take no more than 3-5 working days. We recommend you take photos at check-in and check-out to have a record of the conditions of the space at the start and the end of your occupation.
